Dance India Dance - 2010 - Shakti wins the Golden Hat
The grand finale of the reality show Lux Dance India Dance, (DID) season 2 on Zee came to a close after Shakti was announced the winner of the show. Shakti Mohan is the India’s biggest dancing Star. The competition was held at Worli Sports Ground in Mumbai.
Among the contenders against Shakti were Dharmesh Yelande, Punit Pathak and Binny Sharma. Sunehri Takdeer Ki Topi was handed over to Shakti by the grandmaster of the show, Mithun Chakaraborty.
Terence Lewis, Remo D Souza and Geeta Kapur choreographed the show and Mithun Chakraborty was the grandmaster of the show.
Shakti, 24 received the award from Pt. Birju Maharaj and was presented with a Maruti Suzuki Wagon R. Also, she won a contract worth Rs.50 lakh. Shakti is from Terrence Lewis’ team, “Terrence Ki Toli” won with 7, 34, 140 votes.
Fraha Khan who was also present at the show announced that the winner of the show will do a promotional video in her upcoming film ‘Tees Maar Khan’.
The channel will air Little Masters (DID) from April 30th.
