Founder of the "Girls Gone Wild" videos, Joe Francis, was sentenced to community service today after pleading guilty to federal charges of his business failing to monitor the ages of the women it films.
Mantra Films Inc. will also pay $1.6 million in fines for putting wasted teens in videos it filmed during spring break and failing to label its DVDs and videos as required by federal law.
The judge told Francis that he was tacking on the community service because he felt that a fine alone wouldn't phase him, being as he makes over $40 million a year.
"It does not take a very brave man to go out and corner a girl in the middle of spring break who had four drinks," the judge told Francis. Only four drinks? Who's he kidding!

Tawny Kitaen got off easy. Prosecutors dropped the cocaine possession charges she was facing as long as she completes a drug rehab program. The charges stem from the May incident in which someone anonymously called the police to check the welfare of her children. During that check police stumbled upon a mere 15 grams of cocaine.
Tawny has reportedly entered rehab and will be receiving treatment until June.
