Party goers say that she passed out only to be carried out by her entourage of bodyguards. Britney's camp of course is denying those reports saying that she merely 'fell asleep' due to being so exhausted. Britney's manager, Larry Rudolph, stated to the Associated Press on Monday, "By about one o'clock, she was just done, so we took her out. She was not drunk. She was just tired and falling asleep. There is nothing out of the ordinary here."
Britney wore a black sequined dress and cave woman extensions to the party. She danced to 'I'm a Slave for You', watched fireworks, drank from a bottle of Dom Perignon and posed for pictures by a Happy New Year cake encrusted with diamonds before 'falling asleep'.
