Yesterday was an absolutely gorgeous day, and I knew that I had to take full advantage of it! When you don't live on the first floor, and want to have flowers and a mini garden you have to be a thinker.
I had my plants on my balcony and dragged them all down to the parking lot and set up my planting missing on the tailgate of the boys work truck.
I could have bought a million more flowers and veggies, but space is limited and we NEED a BBQ. With the help of the boy we carried the plants up 37 stairs and onto the balcony.
I still have to organize and figure out how I will Feng Shui the area.
For dinner tonight I went with a Hawaiianesque meal. I marinated a chicken breast in Hawaiian marinade and then grilled it up on the George Foreman. I melted some Cabot Cheddar on my chicken and placed it onto my bagel thin, added two slices of grilled pineapple....
and a tomato.
I had some baked beans with my sandwich as well.

I got some Wally Biscotti to try out, and possibly have at my cookie at for my wedding. Anything that is pink or fruity I am all about. So I tried Razzleberry Crunch Wally Biscotti. It has cherry chips which are contrasted with some pistachios and WOW! It's the BEST biscotti that I have ever had! Yum Yum! If you love biscotti I think you definitely should order some of Wally's!
I have no idea what the nutritional value would be for this biscotti so I just made something up ;)
