A graceful flow

It seems like everyone is going for curls lately. From elegant and chic to tight and gorgeous. I personally cannot curl my hair at all. However all this curl inspiration has me spending time sitting on my bathroom counter practicing with my flat iron. Anyone have a favorite curling iron?

Do you ever wear you hair curly or have natural curly hair?

Ps the nail polish spotted in Black Swan is called Bella by Zoya.

The Eats

So a lot of you have emailed me about what is the deal with the whole vegetarian for a week. So here's the scoop. I am from Michigan and in Michigan there are meats laws. Nothing funky gets mixed in with ANY meat product... this includes hot dogs. Butcher counters are in most grocery stores and their are even meat markets. The meat is how it should be. To begin with I am not a huge meat fan. I like chicken, ham on occasion, ground sirloin burger with a fresh tomato in the summer etc. While in PA things were completely different. There is no meat law... I bought ground sirloin once and it had a nasty odor... uhh that was not suppose to be there. I bought kielbasa once and it had bones in it... I was fed up. I wasn't going to eat that junk and would just stick with chicken. With chicken being the only meat that I really eat I decided to experiment.

Thus I decided that for one week I would look to dropping meat from my eating habits and see how my body would feel. I always lack protein so I decided that I would keep tuna and cod in my diet and would also eat eggs.

No I will not eat veggie meats, tofu and anything else weird like that.

Katy Perry by OPI a collaboration like no other.

Katy Perry loves fashionable outfits and colorful nails. If you are a fan of Katy's style OPI is now giving you a chance to mimic her style on your nails. OPI collaborated with katy to make four signature shades, all named after songs from her latest album.

{Teenage Dream}
Teenage Dream is a glittery cotton candy pink. It's a gel type polish

{Not Like the Movies}
Not Like the Movies is a steely metallic that has hint of green, blue, purple and pink in it. Definitely my absolute favorite tan in the collection and a color I think is a must for everyone to own. It's a fun shade and is every changing in the light.

{Last Friday Night}
Last Friday Night is a pale sparkle blue that looks amazing over black polish. This polish is also more of a gel glitter.

{The One that Got Away}
The One that Got Away is a berry shade.

Now for my favorite part of the collection.....

Black Shatter is a black shade that can be applied over any nail color, and as it dries, it begins to shrink and produces a "shattered" effect on each nail.

The effect of Black Shatter kind of reminds me of leopard which is tres chic currently.

Would you buy any of the polishes in this collection?

Winter White

You can't wear white after labor day... as so they say. Rules are meant to be bent, and this winter why not bend the rules and step out in a gorgeous winter white. Winter white is not the stark white that you see people skipping around in during summer. Winter white is chic and has a hint of cream to it. I currently am using my winter white Kate Spade hand bag that has black polka dots on it. After Christmas I will bring out my Coach winter white handbag.

I have been getting a lot of request to post what I eat everyday again. Especially since I took on my weekly challenges. So I have decided that I will still stick with one post a day.... and each will contain what I ate the prior day.

A new flame

It may be cold outside, but Zoya is definitely heating things up this winter with their Flame collection. The collection consist of six glitters and I am actually a fan of every color that flame has to offer.

{Tiffany}
Tiffany is a gorgeous golden champagne peach. It's not your normal glitter polish, it's more of a sparkle. I absolutely love this color.

{Gloria}
Gloria is a warm pink with specks of gold.

{Crystal}
Crystal is a beautiful icy blue with flecks of gold. It's the perfect color to place within a snowy back drop.

{Lisa}
Lisa is a candy apple red. It's the absolute perfect holiday color.

{Sarah}
Sarah is darker ruby fuchsia with pops of pink.

{Valerie}
Valerie is the most brilliant purple that I have ever seen. I adore this color, and get tons of compliments about it.
