Oh my word! Are you experiencing this insanely windy and cold weather? What happened to spring? *sigh*
I started my morning off with banana oats

For lunch I made some tuna and had it over a bed of spring greens with strawberries
Tuna: 3.5 pts. (170)
Spring Greens: 0 pts. (20)
Strawberries: 0 pts. (40)
Lunch: 3.5 pts. (230)
The boy and I went out to return a pair of shoes that I bought and I ended up getting a pair of yoga pants from Victoria Secret. They're like this but the waistband is pink with white polka dots! Too cute!
We didn't have dinner planned since we were gone so we decided that we would go out to eat. It took forever to decide where to go and as a last minute idea the boy decided on Max and Erma's. Yum! I went in thinking I was going to get the Hula Bowl... that is until I saw this baby....
Chicken Pot Pie...holy yummy looking. It's mashed potatoes with the chicken pot pie fillings and gravy around the potatoes, and a pastry puff on top. I thought I would be completely remorseful about getting it. I wasn't at all! It was absolutely insanely fabulous.
I only had one bite of the pastry puff and I didn't eat the entire meal. If you have a Max and Erma's near you I suggest that you try this out! So good!!!
I have no idea how many calories and points this pot pie is. All I know is that it was absolutely amazing... so I am going to assume that it's a lot! Since anything that taste fabulous is a lot of calories and points lol.
Today completes week one of my 30 day challenge. I will give you a full update tomorrow! I am off now to make a menu for the week. I am thinking healthy thoughts!
