Week One Update:
Workout: Completed working out two times a day for the entire first week
Water: did not hit the proper amount one day
Miles: 34 miles completed out of the goal of 30
• Work out twice a day
• 35 miles a week
• Eating healthy (limiting processed foods amping up fruits and vegetables)
• NO eating out!
• Drinking at least 72 oz. + of water per day (really aim for 80+)
• Eat every three hours NO EXCUSES
• No eating after 7:00 pm
