Today is Day 40 of my Six Week Challenge and Day 13 of my 30 Day Challenge. This morning I did the Core DVD in the KettleWorx series and let me tell you it worked me good. I am getting addicted to these workouts! I have a 5lb. KettleBell and definitely think that I need to up it to a 10 lb. My legs killed after the Cardio DVD, but my arms felt nothing.

I also did an AWESOME DVD. I am a kickboxing girl. I absolutely love it and think that it's so much fun. Kick boxing classes seem to far and few in between... so why not do some kick boxing at home? Hit It! will give you an awesome workout that leaves you sweating, breathing heavy and feeling amazing. I am absolutely addicted to the DVD and I have only done it once! Constance is an awesome trainer and makes working out so much fun! If you are bored with your workout routine go and buy this dvd right now, or maybe you want an extra workout added in seriously check this dvd out! I recommend it to everyone. I am extremely picky when it comes to kick boxing and honestly Hit It! is in my opinion the BEST kick boxing dvd out there! I can't wait to do it again!
