You would have thought Beyonce was from Brooklyn they way she reps it, but I'm sure it's for her man and it shows dedication lol idk ? Beyonce was spotted club hopping in Chelsea late last night with her husband Jay-z while showing off her new “Brooklyn” tattoo. Anywhooo Beyonce also has a new video dropping out soon called,"Why Don't You Love" off her " I Am Sasha Fierce " Album.
As we all know, or at least should know, yesterday marked the anniversary of Brooklyn's on BIG's death. His legacy was proven to be lived on in many ways from tweets on twitter being dedicated to him, radio station having hours of tributes for him hour after hour, cars blasting his music! But whats bigger than that, for the first time EVER Diddy & Dirty Money took it to where it all began, Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn! Diddy held a party for BIG at "The Lab" where many came out to show respect; Mr.Cee from Hot 97, Busta Rhymes, Fabolous, Rick Ross, Red Cafe & so much more. R.I.P BIG!

Oprah allowed HipHop to sit on her couch. . I'm not exactly sure of my thoughts on that but I know thats history in the Hip Hop/Rap world.
Part 1
Part 2
In part 3, Oprah addresses why she isn’t a big fan of rap music and they debate on the “N” word and it’s meaning.
Jay-z on the "N" word: “People give words power. For our generation, What we did is we took the word and we took the power out of that word. We took a word that was very ugly and hurtful and took the power out of that word.”
Oprah on the "N" word: “My generation and generations before me (coming up through the civil rights movement), that word carries a sense of hatred and degradation. I always think about when people are screaming it at your concerts, I think about Black men that were lynched and that is the last word they heard.”
They both "agreed to disagree."
Part 3
At the end of that, Jay taught Oprah how to freestyle, comedy within itself!
