Thanks again to Joy from Pop on the Pop for taking care of The Smack while I was away.

You did a fabulous job, and I couldn't be happier. Especially amidst all of the Anna Nicole stuff going on. It seemed like the readers enjoyed you as well. Thank you so much, it meant a lot!

As most of you know I had surgery this week. As I was being wheeled into the operating room I learned of Anna Nicole's passing. Many hospital staffers asked me what I did for a living and when I told them, whoosh, we were off and talking about Anna Nicole. A few of the women took down my site address.

It is a little chilling to learn of someone's death right before you get put under for surgery..

I don't remember a whole lot about the surgery or the hospital stay, except for the little black button I got to push every ten minutes. Now that's what I call an 'Easy Button'.

So yeah, my surgery went well, and now I am in a bit of pain and have to stay drugged up. So forgive me (or just laugh at me) if I cannot type well the next few days.

All in all, I am happy with the results, and lets just put it this way, after many years of suffering girlie problems, I won't any longer, and I never have to worry about having a little monkey Spice.. :)

I just wanted to thank everyone except for that pathetic piece of shit who decided to insult me while I update for Spicy - just wanted to thank all the rest of you who were nice to me while I blogged for my buddy. I was just happy to help her out and give you some updates til she gets back.

Hope my blogging was alright. I'm sure you miss Spicy, I do too.

The executive producer of KMOX 1120AM in St. Louis, MO has contacted me and asked if I would be willing to do an interview with their host Trish Gazzal on Sunday night. She is starting a new talk show on January 14th about everything celebrity, and yours truly is to be the first guest on the show!

How fun, right?

Anyhow, The show will be on this upcoming Sunday night, January 14th,
10-11 p.m. CST/ 8-9 p.m. PST / 11-12 EST.

The segment will last for about a half hour from :10 after the hour to about :40.

My Walk Through the Cemetery Last Night...

This is SO OFF TOPIC, but something very interesting nonetheless. I had to share, I am dying to show someone these.

My husband and I went for a late night stroll last night. Really late. On the way is a cemetery that I am very fond of. (I am weird like that) I decided to bring my camera just out of the blue, and have never taken late night pics in a graveyard before.

What I discovered was amazing. I took about ten pictures, most showing nothing, as I had expected.

This picture is an example of what I saw with my own eyes...nothing.
Snow, and grave sites...







And here are the two photos that I couldn't believe I had taken. Mind you, although cold and dark, there was no fog or mist or anything like what is showing up in the photos. These are amazing.

Is that a woman? Yikes!

I am still just amazed at what these pics are showing me. I think another trip to the cemetery is in order tonight!

Holy Power Outages, Batman!

What a wild night!

It was a windy night in Spicyland. Lightning, thunder, 75mph gusts, it was cool! We have been out of power for more than 15 hours. Sorry for the lack of updates.

I dont't have a ton of time to do much updating now, but I will try and get something up. You're probably sick of my manatee being on the front page...heh. Oh yeah, and since my power was out last night, I didn't get to see if my manatee made it on the air. When your power is out your DVR doesn't work. Lame. Thank God it went out after 'Survivor' was on. :)

Mr. Spicy and I have a Christmas party tonight, tis the season. Have a great weekend everyone, and if you are out hittin' the Christmas parties be safe. Layoff the booze, have someone drive you, take a cab or walk! You want to make it to see the New Year, right?

Spicy Makes the Cut on HornyManatee.com!

Did you hear about Conan O'Brien's little mistake last week?

During his monologue he mentioned HornyManatee.com, as a joke. At the time it wasn't really a '.com', but apparently if he mentions any domain that isn't existing, NBC must purchase that name. Some bizarre technicality. True story.

So HornyManatee.com was born.

Conan and NBC have been capitalizing on the domain, and have put up a site mocking web porn sites with manatees in place of people.

Conan has been asking people to send in funny pictures of manatees for the site.

Check out the site and you will see what I'm referring to. (Look under 'Fan Art'.) Of course, tens of thousands of entries have been received, with only a few making it onto the site..and even fewer making it onto 'Late Night with Conan O'Brien'.

Well, I thought it would be fun to create a manatee of my own. So I did, and I submitted it yesterday.

Well wouldn't you know it, I made the cut. My manatee made it on the site!

Here is my manatee. I am honored that mine was one of the chosen few, and am hoping like hell that it makes the cut to be shown on air.
